PURCHASES WITH DISCOUNT COUPONS

All purchases made with discount codes are not eligible for returns, they are only eligible for a replacement.

Some manufacturers do not allow their models to be sold below the MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) for some time after a model is released. This varies from manufacturer to manufacturer, meaning it can be as short as a month or as long as two years. This means that some discount coupons might not apply to a model if it is in between said time frame.

Depending of the availability of a model, a small fee might be required upon pre-ordering a model. This is usually about 5% of the total cost of the model. Otherwise, pre-orders are free.

If you wish to cancel your order before the model is available, we will do a full refund with no additional charges.

If you wish to cancel your order once the model is available, the initial payment of 5% that was paid will not be refundable.

Once your pre-ordered item is ready to ship, we will contact you via email, which contains a payment link, which will be valid for ten (10) days. If the purchase is not processed during this time we do not guarantee the availability of the model or the same price, and we also reserve the right to cancel the order without any right to claim.
