With your visit or purchase you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. We recommend carefully reviewing these policies and conditions. We also reserve the right to change or update these terms and policies without prior notice.

SALES POLICY

Please note that we may cancel any order, due to this we reserve the right to always reject the service at our discretion for any reason. Some of these reasons will be availability, information errors or incorrect prices, improper use of our products or possible risky fraud transactions identified by our security systems. We also reserve the right to request any other information that helps us verify that everything is correct according to our sales guidelines.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING

El Aviador Models commitment will always be FREE SHIPPING available to the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.


The delivery method is with USPS® Ground Advantage / UPS® Ground Saver with an estimated time of 3 to 10 days.


Paid shipping to Canada and additional countries may be available, check availability and cost(*) when adding your item to cart.


(*) The cost refers only to the payment of the shipment, the international buyer is responsible for the payment of taxes and other expenses in the country of destination.

RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your model during the first 7 days after the delivery of your order, we will either replace the product or refund you at full cost, models should be in their original packaging and condition and must pass inspection before a refund can be issued, outside of this time we can charge a 15% administrative fee or reject the return.


Please allow up to 10 business days to process your credit, we will issue a full refund which will be credited back to the original form of payment.


To request a return, please write an email with your order number explaining the reason to sales@elaviadormodels.com.

ABOUT ITEMS IN PRE-ORDERS

New pre-order policies starting on April 11th, 2024

El Aviador Models will always do everything possible to have a model in your hands as soon as possible, including the pre-order models that your delivery dates are estimated and may change without notice by some factors beyond our control and not limited to such as operational changes in transportation, delays in customs and ports, etc.


Besides this, the models included in pre-order generally are pieces in transit to the United States that have been confirmed by our shipping agent and we do not depend on the manufacturer, meaning the shipping dates are very precise.


You can reserve this product for free. When the model is ready to ship, a payment link will be sent to you. Once paid, your model will be shipped immediately.


Once the link is sent, you will have 10 days to pay for your order, otherwise it will be automatically cancelled.


Please note that the shipping date might change by a few days of the one originally shown when product was pre-ordered.

ABOUT ITEMS COMING SOON

In this section you will find models that have been released by the manufacturers but do not yet have an estimated date of availability.


We will do our best to have a confirmed date of availability as soon as possible, when this happens we will update it, you can check these items as many times as necessary to check for availability.


You can reserve this product for free. When the model is ready to ship, a payment link will be sent to you. Once paid, your model will be shipped immediately.
